Thanks for sharing. I agree that not teaching the business of medicine and medical practice entrepreneurship (in addition to practice management) is educational malpractice.

That said, a small percentage of medical student and resident "innerpreneurs" i.e. those that have but hide their creativity to get by and pass tests, are increasingly looking to wear something other than the golden handcuffs.
