Many doctors will be finishing their residencies and fellowships this June and, by now, most have decided whether to go into private practice or become an academic or non-academic employed physician.

That said, a small percentage of medical student and resident "innerpreneurs" i.e. those that have but hide their creativity to get by and pass tests, are increasingly looking to wear something other than the golden handcuffs.
