Digital Pharmamedtech
How would you categorize the following:
1. A digital stethoscope that is a consumer product. Patients put it on their chest, the device captures signals from their heart, sends the information via an app to a website where it is analyzed by deep intelligent computers to return a diagnosis and suggest treatments. The patient then sends the information to a doctor or someone else.
2. A pill that has a camera or nanomachines inside that can create a Google Map of the inside of your intestines and direct doctors to areas that are suspicious for malignancies.
3. An optical detection device that illuminates, differentiates and treats surface skin and oral cavity lesions using laser light and other biophotonic technologies. The procedure is done in the office without anesthesia.
4. Software using artificial intelligence to helps doctors make diagnoses and recommends evidence based treatment.
5. Virtual telemedicine, like physical therapy or psychotherapy, that uses a bot instead of a human.
