The rich taking care of the rich

One of the myths of American sick care is that everyone gets the same care and uses the system in the same way.  In fact, there are at least three tiers-mass care (the publicly taxpayer funded), middle care (personal and employer funded) and 1% care (cash) and there is likely to be for the near future could be Congress care, which passes rules that apply to everyone but them.

While reproductive health has drawn the spotlight in the U.S. elections, less attention has been paid to other health policy issues, in part because of the success of the Affordable Care Act.
